I had Kelly as my sales advisor, who was very attentive and informative, there has been a few legal issues with this machine once i got it into the UK, the machine doesn’t come with any technical peramater reports or any TUV/SGS/EMC conformities and doesn’t comply with Class lla regs. The CE registration doesn’t have this V17 model listed so testing and conformation is questionable, and being a complete novice with importing machines or the UK laws I got bit a little bit here. However the after sales team have absolutely exceeded expectations, they have always replied and helped me in my quest to get this machine compliant with my Laser protection officer. When I received it, the handles were labelled up wrong, the ND Yag had the 808 diode sticker on so it took a little while to figure out which one goes where. the hair removal results are fantastic but the tattoo removal is not here or there and spot size very small. I would buy again from this seller tho despite this. thank you 🙏
